Preparation
To prepare: 4.4 L
Mix: 735 gWater: 4 L
Add mix to 3/4 of the water, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Add the remaining water, stirring. Heat and then hold above 65°C (150°F). Stir before serving. *>65°C/150°F
