Blend each brownie mix with 1/3 cup of cold water. Spread this mixture into a well greased pan (Harvest Vegetable Shortening is handy for this), cover and cook over a low to medium heat, monitor and adjust heat level to avoid burning. When the brownie has bubbles coming through and appears to be solidifying, remove from heat. Keep the lid on and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
