Preparation
1. Stir each pack of egg powder and a small amount of spice into 1 cup of cold water. 2. Ladle into a hot greased pan (Harvest Vegetable Shortening is handy for this). Stir and fluff over medium heat to produce light gourmet scrambled eggs. Add more spice to taste. 3. Serve and enjoy !
